This is hard!
The challenge is that others will view you differently and that's not always easy. The even greater challenge is wondering how you will get through these next few days, week, months and even years. You can but don't be afraid to admit you need help.
I was a Mom at 16 and again at 18. I navigated the negative behaviors of others and I vowed to make a good life for me and my children. I did just that and so can you! I have advice and can help you find resources. Stay calm and know that you are going to do great things!!!
